Google Ads refund evidence template

A refund request is only as strong as its evidence. This ready-to-fill CSV has every column Google's reviewers look for, so you can document invalid clicks clearly and submit a credible investigation request.

What's in the template

13 columns, with one worked example row.

Example data is illustrative (IPs use the reserved 203.0.113.x documentation range).

How to use it

  1. 1

    Export your suspicious clicks

Pull the IPs, timestamps, campaigns and keywords behind the clicks you believe are invalid. Didva exports this per IP in one click.

  2. 2

    Fill the template

One row per suspicious click or cluster. The more specific the pattern (repeat IPs, datacenter sources, off-geo, zero engagement), the stronger the case.

  3. 3

    Submit to Google Ads

Contact Google Ads support, request an invalid-click investigation, and attach the completed template plus a short summary of the pattern.

Stop rebuilding evidence from scratch

Didva records the IPs, timestamps, user agents, campaigns and patterns for every click, so your next refund request is ready in minutes.
